我公司综合PPC气箱脉冲袋式除尘器、长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器及离线清灰脉冲袋式除尘器等国内外先进技术推出的YLDM系列离线清灰低压脉冲袋式除尘器是一种处理风量大、过滤风速低、清灰效果好、除尘效率高、运行可靠、维护方便、占地面积小的单元组合式除尘设备。模块式生产，安装稳定，设备性能稳定可靠广泛应用于电力、冶金、建材、化工等行业的烟气除尘、物料回收及粉尘治理工程。
我公司推出的YLDM型离线清灰低压脉冲袋式除尘器运用了许多专利技术，这些技术得到了各设计院、业界、专家的认同，在多个除尘项目上通过实践的考证：
1）除尘器阻力控制技术：通过烟气流通途径的设计保证除尘器各仓室的阻力平衡。
2）滤料运用技术：根据设备的不同运用场合选用性能价格比适中的滤料。
3）离线清灰技术：对除尘器离线阀进行了独特设计，确保除尘器的离线清灰功能的可靠性。
4）低压喷吹技术：低压、高效、长寿命膜片电磁脉冲阀的运用，加上喷吹管的独到设计和加工手段，使布袋除尘器的清灰效果明显优于其它类型袋式除尘器。
5）检测、监控技术的运用：针对除尘器使用特点，设置了除尘器运行压力检测、料位检测、运行设备故障检测等先进的在线检测、监控设备。
6）适用于高浓度粉尘的处理。
Integrating PPC air box pulse bag dust collector, long-bag and low-pressure pulse bag dust collector, off-line dust-cleaning pulse bag dust collector and other advanced technology home and abroad, we introduced YLDM series off-line dust-cleaning and low-pressure pulse bag dust collector. It is unit combination dust collection equipment with big handling air flow, low filtration air speed, good dust cleaning effect, high dusting rate, high operation reliability, easy maintenance and small footprint. It is modular production, stable installation and performance reliability, so it can be widely used in flue gas dusting removal, materials recovery and dust control in electric power, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industries.
Many patented technologies are applied in our YLDM series off-line dust-cleaning and low-pressure pulse bag dust collector. These technologies are accepted by design institutes, the industry and experts, and is tested practiced in many dust removal projects.
1）Dust collector resistance control technology: guarantee resistance balance between chambers of dust collector by design of flue gas flow path.
2）Filter media use technology: selec filter media with medium performance-price ratio according to different occasions.
3）Off-line dust-cleaning technology: unique design of off-line valve of dust collector ensures reliability of off-line dust-cleaning function of dust collector.
4）Low-pressure blow technology: Application of low-pressure, high-efficiency and long -service-life diaphragm electromagnetic pulse valve, unique design and processing of blow tube make the dust-cleaning effect of cloth bag dust collector obviously better than other types of bag dust collector.
5）Application of detection and monitoring technology: Aimed at use characteristics of dust collector, dust collector is equipped with advanced on-line detection and monitoring equipments for pressure detection, material level detection, fault detection and etc.
